At Edifier USA, we are committed to providing high-quality audio experiences; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated return center in the USA.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
